Jake Breeden is a seasoned facilitator and leadership expert who has partnered with leaders at large companies to harness the full potential of individuals and unlock high performance in teams. Over the past 20 years, he has delivered workshops in more than 50 countries, focusing on a wide range of topics such as influence skills, high-performance teaming, team-based decision-making, building trust-based relationships, delivering effective communications, innovating through collaboration, creating psychological safety, challenging the status quo, and celebrating pivots.

Some of Jake's notable work includes co-creating the "Creating Adaptability and Resilience Experience" (CARE) virtual workshop series for 5,000 employees at a global pharmaceutical company and designing workshops on innovation and collaboration for senior leaders at a global consumer goods company. He has also created and orchestrated leadership and strategy workshops for 2,500 directors at a large global tech company.

Jake's extensive experience includes serving as the head of global learning at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and co-founding Sapien Experience, an EdTech startup that builds custom business simulations for learning outcomes. He has worked with numerous high-profile clients, such as Deloitte, Google, Coke, Merck, Starbucks, and IBM. Jake holds an MBA from Duke University and has taught on the executive education faculty at the business schools of Duke, UNC, and Cornell. He is the author of Tipping Sacred Cows: Kick the Bad Work Habits that Masquerade as Virtues (Jossey-Bass, 2013) and resides in Durham, NC, USA.
