Steffen Altmann

Steffen Altmann is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Copenhagen and team leader of the research group “Personalized Labor Market Policy” at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics. In his research, he studies how psychological motives and economic incentives shape individual behavior and aggregate market outcomes. He also investigates how insights from behavioral economics can enhance public policy.
