Alphonsus Obayuwana, M.D., Ph.D., CPC, is a physician and retired major in the US Air Force (Reserve). He has published peer-reviewed articles about hope and happiness, including The Hope Index Scale that has been used at Coca-Cola, General Motors, the Veterans Administration, and other institutions. He has been on the faculty of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Ohio University, and is the founder of Triple-H Project. He is the author of The Five Sources of Human Hope, How to Live a Life of Hope, and The Happiness Formula.
