Stan Goldberg, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus at San Francisco State University. He has written hundreds of articles and nine books, published in four languages. He has received national and international awards. Goldberg, who lives with cancer, taught, provided therapy, researched, and published in the areas of learning problems, communication disorders, loss, change, and end-of-life. For eight years, he was a bedside hospice volunteer and currently counsels caregivers. His recent book is Preventing Senior Moments.
